Small ReDesign Package

We will assist and guide you through the entire process of redesigning and rearranging in a smaller space, such as an entryway, bedroom or office.

• Development of a furnishing concept

• Discussion of the concept on site

• Implementation of the concept with redesign of the room

We support and guide you through the entire process of redesigning and rearranging in a larger space, such as a living room, dining room or children's room.

• Pre-visit and get-to-know conversation (approx. 30 min.)

• Defining the needs and analysis of the current situation

• Development of a furnishing concept

• Discussion of the concept on site

• Implementation of the concept with redesign of the room

• Suggestions and ideas for new furnishings

• Answering questions

• Travel allowance of 20 km

Duration on site: approx. 6 hours

Price: CHF 790.- plus VAT

Optional:

• Recommendation and arranging of workmen

• Concrete suggestions for desired pieces of furniture

• Shopping advice

• Purchasing assistance

• Organization of furniture according to customer order

• Additional travel costs beyond of 20 km at CHF 60.-/hour plus VAT.

Additional services are charged at an hourly rate of CHF 115.-/hour. Travel costs are charged at CHF 60.-/hour plus VAT.

For other services, such as the disposal of waste or bulky goods, removal workmen, etc., we work with specialized partners. The costs for external services are not included in our fee.

Home Staging Consulting

Maybe you just need a consultation to prepare your occupied or already furnished property optimally for the sales or rental market. In that case, our consulting package would be the right solution for you. With a few means, an amazing change can often be achieved.

We prepare an already furnished property optimally for the online appearance and the following viewing appointments. We define strengths and weaknesses of a property. By making small changes and using neutral colours, shapes or some furniture, the prospective buyer can better visualize the future home and thus a buyer or tenant can be found more quickly.

Home Staging Complete

Would you like to prepare a vacant property, a newly built property, or a sample apartment optimally for a sale or rental? Then our Complete package is the right thing for you.

For most people it is quite difficult to perceive the dimensions of a room in a vacant property, to imagine how the furniture could be placed, and even the advantages of a room are often lost. Most people make decisions based on gut instinct - does the room appeal, can it be used to its fullest potential, does it appear homely.

With our intuition for rooms, the optimal placement of furniture and accessories, the use of neutral colours and the proper use of light, we help prospective buyers feel good about viewing the property and that they can visualize it as their future home.

Price: The price is calculated according to the number of rooms to be furnished and the additional work required. We charge our services at an hourly rate of CHF 115.-/hour plus VAT as well as furniture rental and transport costs.
