Our prices

We charge the usual fees according to the recommendation of VZI and SVIT. These are between 4% and 10% of the annual target net rent, depending on the type, size, and location of the property. We will be happy to submit an offer for your property. For hourly services we charge CHF 145.-/hour plus VAT.

We are happy to offer you a one-hour get-to-know-you meeting free of charge. We discuss your needs, wishes and the procedure.

For services such as taking out insurance, tax advice, facility services, etc., we work together with specialized partners. The costs for external services are not included in our fee.

We look after your home in Zurich and the surrounding region. Our service is adapted to your individual needs. We help where there is a need - tailor-made, personal and flexible.

Supervision of owned or rented properties / houses and apartments:

We charge our services at an hourly rate of CHF 115.-/hour plus VAT and travel.

We are happy to offer you a half-hour on-site meeting free of charge. We come to you and discuss your needs, wishes and the procedure.

For services such as moving your household, taking out insurance, tax advice, etc. we work with specialized partners. The costs for external services are not included in our fee.

We will be happy to prepare an offer tailored to your needs. We also offer our services on a subscription basis.


Interior ReDesign: We beautify your home!

Together with you, our ReDesign team beautifies your home, your vacation apartment, your practice or your office. We look at everything, analyse and make suggestions for a redesign. We work mainly with the existing furniture and accessories. Whether something is newly acquired or removed, you decide. With a few means, often an amazing change can be achieved.

  • Discussion of the concept on site

  • Implementation of the concept with redesign of the room

We prepare an already furnished property optimally for the online appearance and the following viewing appointments. We define strengths and weaknesses of a property. By making small changes and using neutral colours, shapes or some furniture, the prospective buyer can better visualize the future home and thus a buyer or tenant can be found more quickly.

For most people it is quite difficult to perceive the dimensions of a room in a vacant property, to imagine how the furniture could be placed, and even the advantages of a room are often lost. Most people make decisions based on gut instinct - does the room appeal, can it be used to its fullest potential, does it appear homely.

With our intuition for rooms, the optimal placement of furniture and accessories, the use of neutral colours and the proper use of light, we help prospective buyers feel good about viewing the property and that they can visualize it as their future home.
